Saurian (also known as Dino) is a cipher language spoken on the Dinosaur Planet (Sauria) in the video game Star Fox Adventures. Like the English alphabet, Saurian alphabet has Latin letters in it. One difference is that there are only 25 letters of the Saurian alphabet, in contrast to 26 letters of the English alphabet because the Saurian letter Y doesn't exist. The letters and correspondingly words between English and Saurian can be translated and Saurian can then be spoken in real life. The following table below shows the translations of letters between English and Saurian:
Y in English is Saurian letter O, same letter translated from E. The letter M has the same usage between English and Saurian. Every vowel Saurian letters are translated from vowel English letters including Y, whereas every consonant Saurian letters are translated from consonant English letters. The Saurian alphabet starts at U and ends at Q. Letters in the Saurian alphabet go somewhat in similar order as letters in the English alphabet.
The Saurian for "house" is xeijo since the Saurian for H is X, O is E, U is I, S is J, and E is O. This language can be worked in sentences. The Saurian for "I want to hang out with my friend Brian" is A nudk ke xudw eik nakx mo vhaodt Brian. Note Brian is not translated because it is a proper noun.
