Domadom is a unit of length equal to 4 bases, 360 feet, 120 yards, or 109.728 meters, which is the distance between home to home on the baseball diamond where a player must circle all bases. Domadom comes from the embedded form of the Latin phrase domum ad domum, which translates as "home to home". Domadom can be used for the length or distance in general outside of baseball, like places within a walking distance from their home. It takes 14.6 domadoms to make one mile (9.111⁄3 to make one kilometer).
